NEW YEAR’S RESOLUTION ULTRA RUN & RELAY!

The New Year’s Resolution Ultra Run & Relay is a fun way to start your new year off right! Join as an individual runner or build a team of 4 to 6. Run loops around the trails of Kualoa Ranch in beautiful Kaa’awa Valley on the windward side of Oahu, from 7pm on January 4th to 7am on January 5th. Plenty of snacks,hot soup &coffee will be provided to get runners thru the night. Crews, pacers and relay teams will enjoy a night under the stars at Base Camp! Proceeds will benefit The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.
Runners can set up tents over night to store gear or grab a nap between laps. This is a great event for those ultra trail runners who didn’t get into the HURT 100 this year, and a great way for friends to come together as a team and have a night of fun!

Awards: Custom hand-crafted awards for top 3 individuals (Male & Female) with the most laps receive awards. Top 2 Relay Teams with the most laps in each division receive custom hand-crafted awards (Male, Female, Mixed, Military). All finishers receive a custom medal. All participants registered by December 15, 2012 are guaranteed a long-sleeve technical shirt. Shirts NOT guaranteed for late registrations.
Packet Pickup Information:
Thursday, January 2, 2014: LLS Office, 8am to 12pm
Saturday, January 4, 2014: Kualoa Ranch, Kaa’awa Valley,2pm to 6pm
Volunteers: We need approximately 15 volunteers starting at 3:00pm on Saturday, January 4th continuing to 9am on Sunday, January 5th. Any shifts you can work are appreciated…we know it will be a long night! Volunteers are welcome to bring tents and sleep on site, if willing to work at least two 4 hour shifts!
